an email attachment (pdf or Word RTF (Rich Text Format) are the

FAX copies are NOT acceptable.
Please indicate whether you would prefer an oral or a poster
presentation in the body of the email when submitting your abstract.
Depending on available time, we will endeavour to schedule all
contributions as oral presentations - however slots are limited
so whilst we shall do our best to accommodate your wishes, there
are no guarantees.

Font : Times New Roman
Heading: 14 pt. Bold, Centred

Authors: 12 pt, Centred, (one line spacing below heading)
Affiliations, 12 pt, centred

Please leave a single space between paragraphs.
Any figures will be reproduced in black and white so take that
into account when producing.
